For orders within Mexico, standard shipping costs $150 MXN, with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 10 business days*. If you need your order sooner, express shipping is available for $350 MXN, with delivery in just 1 to 3 business days*. For purchases over $2,500 MXN, shipping is free, with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 10 business days*.
For international shipping, the cost is $700 MXN or its equivalent in USD, with an estimated delivery time of 10 to 15 business days*.
Returns are available within 15 business days of delivery, provided the product has not been used and retains its original tags. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect.
