Return Policy
If you purchased any of our products online and it wasn’t what you expected, don’t worry. You have up to 15 business days from the delivery date to request a return or size exchange.
- Discounted Items: Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for returns or exchanges. Discounted products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Conditions:
- The purchase must have been made on zingarastore.com.mx.
- The garment or accessory must be unused and have all original tags and seals intact.
- If we do not have the size you are looking for, we will offer you a coupon for the value of the item so you can use it in our online store and choose something you love.
- The cost of the return shipping label to our CEDIS is your responsibility; you can request the shipping label through our platform or use the courier service of your choice (postal services excluded). If you decide to use your own courier, please send us the tracking number to info@zingara.com.mx.
Return Process
If you need to return a product, follow these simple steps:
- Access Your Account:
- Visit our website zingarastore.com.mx and click on "My Account" in the top right corner.
- Enter the email address you used for the purchase.
- You will receive a six-digit verification code in your email. Use it to access your account.
- Once logged in, you will be automatically directed to the "Orders" section, where you can view all the details of your orders.
- Select the Order:
- In the "Orders" section, find the order containing the product you wish to return and click on it to view the details.
- Packaging and Shipping:
- Pack the product in its original packaging or a secure box, along with a printed copy of your purchase confirmation.
- Send the package to our CEDIS. Please use the following address:
