SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipments (Mexico)*

The estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping orders is 3 to 5 business days. This service has a cost of $150 MXN.

For purchases over $3,000 MXN, Standard Shipping is free.

If you need to receive your order faster, you may choose Express Shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 business days and a cost of $350 MXN, subject to product availability and dates.

International Shipments**

The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. Shipping costs start at $15 USD and may vary depending on the destination country.

Pre-Order

Products purchased under the pre-order modality have an estimated delivery time of up to 10 business days from the official launch date.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking information through the contact methods provided with your order.

Due to carrier regulations, international shipments to the United States and the European Union cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes until further notice.

We kindly ask you to provide a physical address to ensure the delivery of your order.

* To speed up our delivery times and ensure that you receive your products as soon as possible, some orders may be shipped in more than one package.

We recommend keeping an eye on your email notifications, where we will send you the corresponding tracking information for each shipment.
