Once your purchase is approved, you will receive an email with your order confirmation number. When your order has been shipped, you will receive another email inviting you to access your Zingara account to check the tracking number in the "Orders" section. If you have trouble tracking your order, check your account or contact us for further assistance.
Yes, we ship to many countries around the world, including the United States, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and countries in the European Union, among others. To confirm if we ship to your country, check the list of destinations during checkout or contact us. Note: International shipments do not include local taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS

Select Your Order
◦ In the "Orders" section, choose the order containing the product you want to return.
Packing and Shipping
◦ Pack the product in its original packaging or a secure box and include a printed copy of your purchase confirmation.
◦ Ship the package to our Distribution Center (CEDIS):

Tracking and Review

Store Credit Coupon

Once we receive your package, we will notify you by email if the size exchange or return was authorized within 48 to 72 hours.
For returns, we will issue an electronic coupon that you can use for future purchases at www.zingarastore.com. The coupon will be sent by email as soon as it is authorized.

You can measure these areas on your body and compare them with the measurements indicated in the guide to select the most appropriate size.
