In Mexico, all orders have free shipping and an estimated delivery time of 7 to 10 business days*. If you prefer to receive your purchase faster, we offer standard (5 to 7 days) and express (2 to 3 days) shipping options, with an additional cost calculated at checkout. For international shipments, shipping is free on orders over $160 USD, with an estimated delivery time of 10 to 15 business days*. If your purchase is less than that amount, we also offer standard shipping options with a cost, which is automatically calculated during the checkout process.
For exchanges or returns, you have 10 business days from the delivery of your order. Please note that discounted products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If we do not have the size you need, we will offer you a coupon for the value of the product, valid for future purchases.
