Promotions Policy

1. FINAL SALE ON DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

All products purchased on sale or at a discount are considered final sale. This means that returns and exchanges are not accepted on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective. If a final sale item arrives in defective condition, please notify us within 7 business days of receipt to initiate the return process.

2. FINAL SALE CONDITIONS

Discounted products that qualify as final sale will not be eligible for returns or exchanges, except in the case that they are received damaged. In such cases, we will evaluate the situation and, if applicable, offer you a coupon for the value of the defective item to be used on future purchases.

3. COMBINATION OF PROMOTIONS

Unless otherwise specified, promotions, discounts and offers cannot be combined with each other. This means that you can only apply one discount or promotion per order. If a promotion can be combined with another, we will clearly specify this in the terms of that promotion.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTIONS

  • Promotions and discounts are valid only during the specified period and cannot be applied to purchases made outside of that period.
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • All specific terms and conditions of each promotion will be posted on the website along with the promotion and will be binding on all customers participating in the promotion.

5. PROMOTION EXCLUSIONS

Some products may be excluded from promotions. Promotions do not apply to gift cards, taxes, shipping costs, or already discounted products unless otherwise stated.

6. ACCOUNT ACTIVITY MONITORING

We reserve the right to monitor customer account activity. If we detect unusual or abusive order or return behavior, we reserve the right to:

  • Decline transactions.
  • Evaluate additional fees.

3. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Although we make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, we understand that manufacturing defects may occasionally occur. If you receive a product that you believe to be defective, please notify us within 10 business days of receipt.

4. PRODUCTS WITH SIGNS OF USE OR DAMAGE BY THE CUSTOMER

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns if the product shows signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Damage due to misuse: Tears, stains, deformations or other damage that are not considered manufacturing defects.
  • Missing Original Elements: Products returned without the original tags, packaging, or any accessories that were part of the product.
  • Alterations: Any modification or alteration made by the client.

In these cases, the product will be returned to the customer and a coupon or exchange will not be issued.

5. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you have received and it meets the conditions of our exchange and return policy, we will work with you to resolve the problem in the best possible way.

6. EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

This policy does not apply to products purchased at a discount, which are considered final sale, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects. Final sale products are not eligible for exchanges or returns, except if they arrive with manufacturing defects.

7.- ACCEPT RIGHTS
