Exchanges due to size or model may be made within 15 natural days of the purchase date, as long as the items haven’t been used. Items must be returned with all original tags attached and hygienic liners in place, free from odors or stains, and in a sellable condition.

If the original item has a lower price than the new one, the client must pay the difference. If the original item has a higher price than the new one, the client agrees to assume the difference, since no refunds will be made.

Exchanges due to factory defects may be made within 90 natural days of the purchase date.

In any case, the purchase ticket must be presented in order to make an exchange. Discounted items are not eligible to be returned. No refunds will be made under any circumstances.
