We accept exchanges and returns on all our products! You only need to read some essential requirements that need to be met for the exchange or return to be applied, we recommend paying close attention to all the details since Zingara will not be able to absorb the return shipping costs:

 

TO MAKE A CHANGE EFFECTIVE, THE PRODUCT MUST NOT SHOW ANY INDICATIONS OF HAVING BEEN USED, BEING DIRTY, WITHOUT BRAND AND COMPOSITION LABELS OR WITHOUT THE SANITARY PROTECTOR, IF APPLICABLE. ZINGARA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO MAKE THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN IN THE EVENT THAT THE PRODUCT (S) HAS BEEN USED, DIRTY OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY.

Returns

They will be made solely and exclusively in a coupon, which can be used only for purchases in the online store, will be valid and will be confirmed at the time of return. Said return will be made for the same amount as the cost of the product (s) to be returned, it does not include shipping costs.

 

Zingara reserves the right not to exchange merchandise that is damaged, that is not intact or that has obvious signs of having been used, as well as the right to reject unauthorized exchanges or returns.

 

You have 7 business days from the date you received your order to validate your exchange or return process.

* ANY PACKAGE RECEIVED THAT EXCEEDS THE ESTABLISHED DAYS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.

 

The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received, this is the original box and packaging. It is FORCERLY NECESSARY TO INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL TICKET in the package to be sent with the exchange or return. No change or return applies to products that exceed 7 business days in transit after the date indicated in the parcel guide (Applies only to purchases that were originally shipped within the Mexican Republic) CHANGES MAY BE MADE ONLY BY THE SAME PRODUCT (THIS INCLUDES DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR) OR DIFFERENT PRODUCT OF THE SAME PRICE AS THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT. IF YOU REQUIRE A LOWER PRICE PRODUCT, THE DIFFERENCE WILL BE REFUNDED IN A COUPON THAT WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL. IN CASE OF REQUIRING A PRODUCT OF A HIGHER PRICE, AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT WITH A LINK TO MAKE THE PAYMENT OF THE MISSING DIFFERENCE. The Exchange and Refund Policy DOES NOT APPLY TO DISCOUNT PRODUCTS, discount products may not apply for exchanges or coupon refunds.

 

Any discount product we receive will be returned to the customer’s address. If your order includes a courtesy gift and only if you want to apply a return, you must send the complete order with everything and the courtesy gift.

Shipping costs caused by exchanges or returns

Purchases made in the Zingara online store are not covered by us, these charges are the total responsibility of the customer.

 

Therefore, we recommend that you choose a safe and traceable method to send your package, since we are not responsible for the return or lost packages, so IN THE EVENT THAT THE PACKAGE IS NOT RECEIVED, ZINGARA IS NOT OBLIGED TO MAKE THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN.

 

In the case of changes, the guide to send the new product will also be absorbed by the customer. When the change request is accepted by Zingara, the customer will be notified via email, which will include a link to make the payment and thus be able to generate the new shipping guide.

 

In the case of manufacturing defects, BEFORE SENDING US THE PRODUCT, SEND AN EMAIL TO info@zingara.com.mx with a brief description and photographic evidence of the item for evaluation.

How is the process for exchanges and returns?

In each purchase we send, we include an Exchanges and Returns Form (if you cannot find it you can click here and download it), you only need to fill it out completely to avoid delays in the process.

 

You must include the Exchange and Returns Form and your original ticket in the package that you will send us (we recommend you keep a copy of your ticket), do not forget to close your package well and put the “Security” stamp that we included in your original order.

How long does the exchange and returns process take?

We will do our best to make it as agile and fast as possible. As soon as we receive the package we will let you know via email if the Exchange or Return was authorized or not to follow the process.

 

HOWEVER, WE ASK YOU A TIME OF 48 TO 72 HOURS TO PROCESS THE CASE. If you want to make a change, we will send you a link to make the payment of the new shipping cost. Once the payment is approved, we will send you your new product (s) and we will notify you via email with your new order tracking number.

 

If you want to apply a return, we will refund you through a coupon, which we will send you via email and you can use as soon as you receive it. Said coupon will be for making purchases exclusively in the online store www.zingarastore.com.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or with something missing?
